2008年8月28日,营业所在进行电费催缴时,发现在一处背向街道的单元过道内有用户正绕越计量装置进行窃电。目前,许多用电户常常抱有侥幸心理,认为临时用电要不了多长时间,于是便铤而走险计划窃电。这种行为不仅造成电量的流失,而且也存在着极大的安全隐患。所以,如何加强电费的复核及抄表的管理力度成为解决这一问题的根本途径。
On August 28, 2008, at the time of the call for electricity, the business office found that a user was stepping over the metering device to steal electricity in a cell-facing aisle. At present, many electricity consumers often have the chance to think that it will take less than a short period of temporary power supply and steal electricity. This behavior not only caused the loss of electricity, but also there is a huge security risk. Therefore, how to strengthen the management of electricity bill review and meter reading has become the fundamental way to solve this problem.
