前言: 在一般民用建筑的各个房间中,存在着多种可燃物质。当它们遇上未熄灭的烟头火柴,采暖或炊事的明火,电火花或高热以及玩火、放火等形成的火源时,只要有较为充足的空气,就可能引起火灾并造成重大的损失。随着建筑高度的增加,火灾危害问题将变得更加严重。在我国为实现四个现代化的建设事业中,多层和高层建筑还将更多地涌现,为了减少火灾的危害性,保障人民生命财产安全和建设成果,对建筑防火设计应予以充分重视和认真研究。
Foreword: In every room of a typical civil building, there are many kinds of flammable substances.
