研究了 Yb:YCa4O(BO3 ) 3 (简称 Yb:YCOB)的多晶制备和单晶生长 ,成功地合成了光学质量优良、掺 Yb原子数分数为 2 0 %的 Yb:YCOB单晶。测量了该晶体的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和荧光寿命 ,并进行了激光二极管 (LD)为抽运源的激光实验。实现了 Yb:YCOB晶体 1 0 m W的红外激光输出。观测并记录到自倍频二次谐波
The polycrystalline and single crystal growth of Yb: YCa4O (BO3) 3 (abbreviated as Yb: YCOB) was studied. Yb: YCOB single crystals with good optical quality and 20% Yb atomic number were successfully synthesized. The absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime of the crystals were measured. Laser experiments were carried out using a laser diode (LD) as a pumping source.
