本文利用我国2006~2012年22个工业行业的面板数据,实证分析研发投入与全要素生产率的关系。研究发现,我国高研发投入并未导致全要素生产率增速上涨。本文继续探索研发投入规模增长而全要素生产率增速并未上涨这对矛盾产生的根源,通过构建上下游企业从事分工生产的博弈模型,重点分析人力资本、垂直专业化分工对全要素生产率的影响机制。结果表明,人力资本尽管推动了全要素生产率的增长,但它并未提高R&D的投资效率。垂直专业化本身并未对全要素生产率起到正向推动作用。
In this paper, panel data of 22 industrial sectors in China from 2006 to 2012 are used to empirically analyze the relationship between R & D investment and total factor productivity. The study found that the high R & D investment in our country did not result in the increase of total factor productivity. This article continues to explore the scale of R & D investment growth and total factor productivity growth has not risen the source of these contradictions, through the construction of upstream and downstream enterprises in the division of labor production game model, focusing on human capital, the vertical division of labor on total factor productivity impact mechanism. The results show that although human capital has promoted the growth of total factor productivity, it does not improve the investment efficiency of R & D. Vertical specialization itself does not play a positive role in promoting total factor productivity.
