作者将70例慢性粒细胞白血病(慢粒)分为两组。A组:52例,男29、女23例,年龄11～47岁,中位年龄27岁,均为慢粒慢性期;B 组:18例,男11、女7例,年龄13～42岁,中位年龄28岁,此组包括慢粒加速期、急变期、急变经治疗后缓解期及继发性慢性期(出现 Ph′阳性的急淋)。骨髓移植前6天或5天给予大剂量环磷酰胺60mg/kg/d,术前4～2天给予全身放射,总量10Gy 分5次或总量12Gy 分6次进
The authors divided 70 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) into two groups.
