结合莲花水电站的施工实践及坝址区气候条件,对严寒地区坝基冻土爆破技术进行了试验并有所突破。其中在大坝垫层料制备与填筑质量控制方面,通过设计、科研、施工和监理各方密切协作配合,获取了较良好的颗粒级配与压实密度。对晚秋初冬趾板混凝土采取有效的养护保温措施和施工质量控制,减少了混凝土裂缝发生的可能性。1995年组织了冬季施工,通过引进设备,解决过渡料料源,加强施工力量,保持冬季施工大干局面等措施,对实现1996年度汛工程形象面貌和年底第1台机组发电起了积极促进作用。
Combined with the construction practice of Lianhua Hydropower Station and the climatic conditions in the dam site, the blasting technology of dam foundation permafrost in severe cold area was tested and some breakthroughs were made. Among them, in the aspects of preparation of dam bedding material and quality control of filling, the better particle grading and compaction density were obtained through the close coordination and cooperation of design, scientific research, construction and supervision parties. Effective ply insulation and construction quality control on plinth concrete in late autumn and early winter can reduce the possibility of concrete cracks. In 1995, the winter construction was organized and measures were taken to introduce equipment, solve the transitional material sources, strengthen the construction strength and maintain the great work in winter construction, etc., and actively promoted the realization of the image of the flood season project in 1996 and the first unit power generation by the end of the year effect.
