随着我国石油化学工业的迅速发展,管道焊缝接头越来越多,这些焊缝在安装或使用过程中都要定期进行检查,以保证焊缝质量,作到安全生产。过去,对焊缝都是采用射线探伤(x射线或γ射线)进行检查,但实践证明射线检查裂纹(特别是微裂纹)的灵敏度比较低,尤其是对于厚壁管道焊缝的微裂纹很难发现。近年来,笔者在各厂矿对高压管道焊缝采用超声波探伤,做了一些试验性工作,解决了在生产中的一些问题,取得的效果是满意的,在此是将高压三通管道焊缝超声波探伤的实践体会简单作个小结。
