近年来,长汀县劳动保障局始终把就业和再就业工作作为践行“三个代表”重要思想的具体行动,认真实施积极的就业政策,主动服务县域主导产业,千方百计开发就业岗位,形成了“免费培训—劳务派遣—保障维权”紧密结合起来促进就业再就业的地方特色。2004年被评为全国再就业先进单位并受到国务院表彰:2005年县劳动就业中心被省劳动保障厅授予“福建省优秀公共职业介绍机构”称号,被国家劳动保障部评为全国劳动保障系统2004-2005年度“优质服务窗口”;县劳动争议仲裁庭被省劳动保障厅、省劳动争议仲裁委员会评为2002-2005年度全省劳动争议仲裁庭规范化建设先进仲裁庭;县直部门绩效评估结果为“优秀”。
