研究了0~0.1%V对低碳钢形变时效的影响。在室温条件下,当钢中氮含量低于0.006%时,含钒为~0.05%的钢几乎可以完全抑制形变时效。继续增加钒含量,因沉淀强化而使强度提高,对形变时效的影响不显著。在100~300℃范围内,钒对动态形变时效也有一定的抑制作用。含钒~0.1%的钢的抑制作用较含钒~0.05%的钢为好,其定量关系尚待进一步研究。
The effect of 0 ~ 0.1% V on the deformation aging of mild steel was investigated. At room temperature, when the nitrogen content in the steel is less than 0.006%, steels containing-0.05% of vanadium can almost completely suppress the deformation aging. Continue to increase the vanadium content, due to precipitation strengthening and strength, the effect of deformation aging is not significant. In the range of 100 ~ 300 ℃, vanadium also has a certain inhibition effect on dynamic deformation aging. The inhibition of vanadium-0.1% steel is better than that of vanadium-0.05% steel, the quantitative relationship remains to be further studied.
