矿工不安全行为是导致煤矿事故的重要原因,而不安全行为的实施是矿工在综合考量作业环境和安全管理要求后的行为意向选择.为分析矿工不安全行为意向的影响因素和煤矿激励策略的合理性,提出7种研究假设,建立结构方程模型,设计调查问卷收集数据进行实证研究.结果表明:中和技术理论中否认行为的伤害后果、功过相抵和必然狡辩对于矿工当前不安全行为意向呈现显著正向影响,而否认责任的影响不显著.同时,激励策略中经济惩罚和羞愧惩罚呈现显著负向影响,而经济奖励的影响不显著.
The unsafe behavior of miners is the important reason of coal mine accidents, while the unsafe behavior is the choice of behavior intention of miners after comprehensive consideration of operating environment and safety management requirements.In order to analyze the influencing factors of miners’ unsafe behavior intention and the incentive strategies of coal mines Rationality, and put forward seven kinds of research hypotheses, establish the structural equation model, and design the questionnaire to collect the data for empirical research.The results show that: the neutrality technology theory denied the harm of the behavior, While the impact of denial of responsibility is not significant.At the same time, economic punishment and shame punishment have a significant negative impact, but the impact of economic incentives is not significant.
