1.本文对氮的微量扩散法的测定条件(放置时间、扩散最宜氮量、温度影响等)作了研究。所拟定的土壤及植株中全氮的微量扩散测定方法,准确并简便,仪器设备简单,节省试剂。2.试验表明,所取试液中氮量以控制在150微克以下为宜,这样放置24小时后扩散已达完全。室温变化在8—40℃范围内,对测定结果无影响。3.在本法条件下,不论在标准氮液中或试样溶液中,氮的回收率都在99%以上。这表明了本法的准确可靠,试样溶液中氮的回收结果表明,该液中所含有的其它离子对测定结果没有干扰。4.试样的平行测定结果表明,本法的再现性良好。与蒸馏法比较,获得了一致的结果。
In this paper, the conditions for the determination of nitrogen micro-diffusion (placement time, nitrogen diffusion, temperature, etc.) were studied. The proposed method for the determination of trace amounts of total nitrogen in soils and plants is accurate and simple. The equipment is simple and reagents are saved. 2. Experiments show that the test solution to control the amount of nitrogen in the following 150 micrograms is appropriate, so placed 24 hours after the spread has been achieved. Room temperature changes in the 8-40 ℃ range, no effect on the measurement results. 3. Under the conditions of this Law, nitrogen recovery rate is above 99% in both standard nitrogen solution and sample solution. This shows that this method is accurate and reliable. The recovery results of nitrogen in the sample solution show that the other ions contained in the solution have no interference with the determination result. 4. Parallel determination of the sample results show that this method reproducibility is good. Compared with the distillation method, consistent results were obtained.
