在564例老年前期及老年期人群中进行血清M蛋白血症的五年随访观察,M蛋白阳性检出率为1.5％。对该症的流行病学、临床和实验检测特征作了分析讨论。
Five-year follow-up of serum M-protein in 564 pre-senile and elderly patients was performed. The positive rate of M protein was 1.5%. The epidemiological, clinical and experimental characteristics of the disease were analyzed and discussed.
