目的 :探讨抗氧化剂对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 ( HIE)患儿免疫功能的影响及临床疗效。方法 :对 64例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿进行 TCL亚群 ( CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4 / CD8)及血清可溶性白细胞介素 受体 ( SIL— 2 R)检测及临床症状观察。随机分为两组 ,对其中 组 34例予抗氧化剂( Vit C、Vit E及复方丹参 )治疗。结果 :抗氧化剂治疗组 ,神经系统症状的改善、细胞免疫功能的恢复较对照组有明显差异。结论 :HIE患儿早期应用抗氧化剂治疗 ,可明显增强机体免疫功能 ,提高临床治愈率 ,降低病死率 ,有显著临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effects of antioxidants on immune function in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and their clinical effects. Methods: The TCL subgroups (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8) and the levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) in 64 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were detected and the clinical symptoms were observed. Randomly divided into two groups, of which 34 cases were given anti-oxidant (Vit C, Vit E and compound Salvia) treatment. Results: Antioxidants treatment group, the improvement of nervous system symptoms, cellular immune function recovery than the control group were significantly different. Conclusion: The early use of anti-oxidant treatment in children with HIE can significantly enhance the body’s immune function, improve clinical cure rate, reduce mortality and have a significant clinical effect.
