The pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of exogenous copper on the community structure of soil nematodes. The effects of Cu addition on the soil nematode community were studied. Cu concentrations of 50 mg kg-1, 100 mg kg-1, 200 mg kg-1, 400 mg kg- Control treatment, sampling during the critical period of wheat growth. The results showed that the responses of different nutrient groups to copper contaminants were more obvious at jointing stage. The numbers of the predatory / omnivorous nematodes at jointing stage were significantly lower than those of the control at 400 mg kg-1Cu supplementation, but different concentrations of copper on food Bacterial nematodes and fungi nematodes showed the effect of low concentrations to promote high concentrations of inhibition. The ecological index of nematodes was sensitive to different concentrations of copper pollutants. In wheat seedling stage and jointing stage, compared with the control, the diversity of nematodes in different concentrations of copper treatment decreased, but the dominance increased; Concentration of copper reflects the relative lag, only showed differences in the maturity of wheat, that is, the high-concentration copper treatment nematode maturity index was significantly lower than the control.
