目的 观察丝裂霉素C(mitomycinC,MMC)在鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术中的应用及治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法 对 4 3例 4 4眼慢性泪囊炎患者采用鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术 ,同时术中在造孔处一次性使用 MMC。结果4 4眼手术一次成功 ,术后随访 6～ 18个月 ,痊愈 4 1眼( 93.2 % ) ,显效 2眼 ( 4.5% ) ;有效 1眼 ( 2 .3% )。结论 鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术联合术中一次性使用 MMC治疗慢性泪囊炎是一种创伤小、安全有效的新方法
Objective To observe the application of mitomycin C (MMC) in nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and its curative effect on chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy was performed in 43 cases of 4 4 patients with chronic dacryocystitis. At the same time, MMC was used once during the procedure. Results Forty-four eyes were operated successfully. The patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months, 41 eyes (93.2%) were cured, 2 eyes (4.5%) were effective and 1 (2.3%) was effective. Conclusions Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with intraoperative MMC in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis is a new method that is less invasive, safe and effective
