我院研制的桶装核废物中子测量装置安装于某设施现场(图1)后,于2010年开展了现场应用研究,目前该装置已经进行热试阶段。该装置用于200L标准桶装放射性废物的分类检测,以确定桶装放射性废物的处理方式。装置采用无源中子分析方法测量废物中放射性核素自发裂变产生的中子,再根据同位素组成信息和桶装核废物质量,计算该桶废物的放射性活度浓度。
After the installation of the barrel nuclear waste neutron measurement device developed by our institute was installed on the site of a certain facility (Figure 1), the field application research was conducted in 2010 and the device has been undergoing the thermal test at present. The device is used for the classification and detection of 200L standard drum radioactive waste to determine how to dispose of the drum radioactive waste. The device uses passive neutron analysis to measure the neutron produced by spontaneous fission of radioactive nuclide in waste, and then calculates the radioactive activity concentration of the barrel waste based on the isotopic composition information and the quality of barrel nuclear waste.
