肢体恶性骨肿瘤是一组死亡率较高的疾病,随着分子生物学及组织生物工程学的发展,其治疗方法也取得了很大的进展,尤其是保肢综合治疗的发展,明显提高了恶性瘤患者的5年生存率,并且提高了患者术后的生活质量。本文从传统的截肢术到新辅助化疗支持下的保肢治疗、免疫治疗、基因治疗、靶向治疗等方面作一个系统的综述,对肢体恶性骨肿瘤的临床治疗提供参考。
Malignant bone tumors of the limbs are a group of diseases with high mortality. With the development of molecular biology and tissue bioengineering, great progress has been made in the treatment of malignant bone tumors. In particular, the development of comprehensive treatment of limb salvage has obviously improved 5-year survival rate of malignant tumor patients, and improve the postoperative quality of life of patients. This article makes a systematic review on limb salvage, immunotherapy, gene therapy and targeted therapy from the traditional amputation to neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and provides a reference for clinical treatment of malignant bone tumors of limbs.
