在迟子建的小说中,“人与自然”构成了叙述的深层结构,乡土作为一个潜在的文本参与了她的叙述与想象。乡土寄托着她的信仰和精神,储存着她的亲情与温情,并给予了她对现代文明质疑与批判的勇气。同时,她把关于乡土的童年记忆扩大到了整个的乡土经验,并在这扩大和替换的过程中,以想象和虚构的艺术世界对抗现实环境的尖锐和平庸,从而获得精神上的超越。
In Chi Zijian’s novels, “Man and Nature” constitute the deep structure of narration, and native land participates in her narration and imagination as a potential text. Local faith in her faith and spirit, store her family and warmth, and gave her the courage to question and criticize modern civilization. At the same time, she extended her childhood memories of native land to the entire native experience and, in the process of enlargement and replacement, she confronts the sharpness and mediocrity of the real environment with an imaginary and fictional art world in order to gain spiritual superiority.
