通过5×5双列杂交,对5个甘薯亲本的三个块根性状(鲜薯重、薯干重、烘干率)进行了配合力分析。根据一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)方差,对5个亲本的育种价值进行了评价。并根据SCA,组合均值及鲜薯重与烘干率之间的相关性,对组合进行评价。结果,绵粉一号三个块根性状的GCA及SCA方差均最高,被观为最佳亲本。其次为徐薯18。最佳组合为绵粉一号×徐薯18,它们的鲜薯重和干薯产的SCA和均值最大。本试验还表明,F1代实生系群体中,烘干率与鲜薯重之间无相关性(徐薯18×南丰除外)。这与一般人的看法不同,尚需进一步试验研究。
Through the 5 × 5 double crosses, the combining ability of three sweet potato parents (fresh potato weight, dry weight of potato, drying rate) was analyzed. The breeding values of five parents were evaluated according to GCA and SCA variance. The combination was evaluated on the basis of the correlation between SCA, combination means and fresh weight of potato and drying rate. As a result, the GCA and SCA variance of the three root tuberous characters of cotton flour were the highest, which were regarded as the best parents. Followed by Xu 18. The best combination was cotton powder × Xushu 18, their fresh weight and dry potato production SCA and the average. The test also showed that F1 generation of the Department of Health groups, the drying rate and no significant correlation between fresh weight (Xushu 18 × Nan Fung except). This is different from most people’s view, still need further experimental study.
