目的探讨护理人员职场正念对任务绩效的影响及其可能存在的机制。方法用职场正念量表和任务绩效量表对696名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果护理人员的职场正念处于较高水平;职场正念对护理人员任务绩效具有正向预测作用(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应该注重职场正念,采取干预措施促进护理人员的职场正念水平,以提升他们的任务绩效。
Objective To explore the impact of nurses’ mindwork on job performance and possible mechanisms. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 696 nursing staffs using the workplace mind-set and task performance scale. Results Nursing practitioners ’career righteous thoughts were at a high level. Mindfulness in the workplace had a positive predictive effect on nurses’ task performance (P <0.01). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to mindfulness in the workplace and take intervention measures to promote nurses’ workplace righteous thoughts so as to enhance their mission performance.
