为适应九江长江大桥将采用16MnVNq钢栓焊结构的要求,本文用插销试验法对56mm厚的实际H杆件冷焊点固工艺和焊接材料进行了分析和评定。提出了避免冷裂的点固焊工艺和焊接材料,并进行了实际验证。本文还用深缺口埋弧焊插销试验研究了16MnVNq钢的埋弧自动焊的线能量对冷裂敏感性的影响,预热温度对临界应力的影响,选定了预热温度150℃,同时对16MnVNq钢的冷裂敏感性进行了评价。
In order to meet the requirements of Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge will use 16MnVNq steel bolt welding structure, this article uses the pin test method to 56mm thick actual H rod cold welding solid technology and welding materials were analyzed and assessed. The point welding technology and welding materials to avoid cold cracking were put forward and the actual verification was carried out. The effect of preheat temperature on critical stress was also studied by using deep hole SAW bolt test to study the effect of wire energy of submerged arc welding on the sensitivity to cold cracking of 16MnVNq steel. Cold cracking susceptibility of 16MnVNq steel was evaluated.
