目的 探讨经静脉声学造影实时三维超声心动图 (RT 3DE)测量左室心肌重量的具体方法及其准确性。方法 氟碳气体造影前后采用RT 3DE对 13条实验犬心脏进行探查。根据心尖长轴八平面法勾画左室心肌体积 ,再和心肌密度相乘计算左室重量。并与犬离体左室称重结果进行对比分析。结果 造影前后RT 3DE左室心肌重量计算结果分别为( 5 7.5 1± 11.42 ) g和 ( 5 4.63± 9.62 ) g ,均与犬离体心脏左室心肌实际称重结果 ( 5 5 .62± 9.3 4)g明显相关 ,但造影后RT 3DE的相关性更好 (r =0 .99vsr =0 .95 )。结论 声学造影RT 3DE可显著提高左室心肌重量测量的准确性。
Objective To investigate the method and accuracy of measuring left ventricular myocardial mass by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT 3DE). Methods Before and after fluorocarbon gastroscopy, the heart of 13 experimental dogs was probed with RT 3DE. According to the apical long axis eight plane method outlined left ventricular myocardial volume, and then multiplied by the myocardial density of left ventricular weight. Left ventricular weighing results were compared with isolated dogs. Results Before and after radiography, the calculated results of RT 3DE LV myocardium were (5 7.5 1 ± 11.42) g and (5 4.63 ± 9.62) g respectively, both of which were related to the actual weighing results of isolated left ventricular myocardium of canine (55.62 ± 9.3 4) g were significantly correlated, but RT 3DE was better correlated after radiography (r = 0.99 vs. r = 0.95). Conclusions Acoustic radiography RT 3DE can significantly improve the accuracy of LV weight measurement.
