The effect of different levels (0%, 20%, 40% and 60%) of fish protein hydrolyzate (FPH) on the growth and physiological and biochemical parameters of juvenile Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther was studied. After 28d feeding experiment, the indexes of fish growth, digestive enzyme activity, alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and intestinal development of fish were analyzed. The results showed that the survival rate of experimental fish was 64.44% -78.88%, and the survival rates of 20% and 40% of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups (P <0.05). The specific growth rate (SGR) (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference between the 60% supplemented group and the control group (P> 0.05). The average growth rate of the 20% added group was the highest, significantly higher than the other three groups ; The specific activities of digestive enzymes (lipase, amylase, pepsin and trypsin) in fish of each experimental group were not consistent between the 14th day and the 28th day. The specific activity of alkaline phosphatase in fish was in the order of 20%> 40%> control> 60%, with significant difference between the groups (P <0.05). The length of microvilli and mucosal thickness 20% added group was the best, significantly better than the other three groups (P <0.05). The above results show that under the experimental conditions, when the feed level of FPH is 20%, the survival rate and growth performance of juvenile halibut fish can be increased and its nutrient absorption capacity can be enhanced.
