聚合物试剂是近年来发展极为迅速的一类新型有机合成试剂。它是由低分子有机试剂连结到交链聚合物上而形成的。聚合物既可是有机物,亦可是无机物。而低分子试剂与它的连结可以通过化学方法或通过物理方法。聚合物试剂与可溶性试剂在适当的溶剂中即可顺利地进行反应。反应产物或留在溶液中,或保留在聚合物上。在后一种情况下,最后的产物则需要从聚合物上割解下来。与低分子试剂比较,聚合物试剂有以下三个突出的优点。
Polymeric reagent is a kind of new-type organic synthesis reagent which develops extremely rapidly in recent years. It is formed by the low molecular weight organic reagents linked to the cross-linked polymer. Polymers can be either organic or inorganic. The linkage of low molecular weight reagents to it can be by chemical methods or by physical methods. The polymer reagent and the soluble reagent can be smoothly reacted in a suitable solvent. The reaction product either remains in solution or remains on the polymer. In the latter case, the final product will need to be cleaved from the polymer. Compared with low molecular weight reagents, polymer reagents have the following three outstanding advantages.
