《职业院校管理水平提升行动计划(2015—2018年)》要求:“针对学校常规管理中的薄弱环节和突出问题,立知、立行、立改,对症施治、标本兼治,全面提高管理工作的有效性”。调查表明,高职院校常规管理中存在着职权配置错位、方法手段落后、基本规律忽视、资源管理薄弱等问题。为此,需要我们加速建设利益相关者共同参与的内部治理结构,实施“学院模式”管理,创新管理制度体系,塑造高职院校精神,提升管理人员素质。
The Action Plan for the Improvement of the Management of Vocational Colleges (2015-2018) requires: “In view of the weak links and outstanding problems in the routine management of schools, we should improve the administration in an all-round way Effectiveness of work ”. The survey shows that there are some problems in the conventional management of higher vocational colleges such as dislocation of powers and functions, backward methods, neglect of basic rules and weak resources management. To this end, we need to speed up the construction of an internal governance structure involving stakeholders, implement “college model” management, innovate management system, shape the spirit of higher vocational colleges and enhance the quality of management personnel.
