In May 1980, the “Earthquake Prediction Symposium” organized by the Lamont-Doherty Geological Observatory in the United States gave a good evaluation of the study on the earthquake prediction using images of precursory seismic activity. In their report on the conference, several seismic precursory images are proposed: (1) Generalized foreshocks generally refer to the anomalous earthquakes that occur in the vicinity of the future epicenter within a certain period before the occurrence of the major earthquake. The key question is how to distinguish the foreshocks from the normal normal seismic activities. The available research results show that it is possible for the foreshock activity to change from the features of the sequence, the source mechanism, the evolution of the source parameters,
