以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为掺杂剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂合成PANI/PMMA复合物。该复合物是以PMMA为核,以PANI为表层的新型聚合物,检测表明在室温下对氨气有较好的灵敏度。通过控制变量法,考察了不同制备因素对PANI/PMMA乳液稳定性及其复合材料气敏性能的影响,初步确定了试验中各反应物的用量范围和实验条件:n(DBSA)/n(AN)=1.5,n(APS)/n(AN)=1.2,w(PMMA)/w(AN)=4;聚合时间为18h。
Poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as a dopant, ammonium persulfate (APS) as an oxidant to synthesize PANI / PMMA composites. The composite is a new type of polymer with PMMA as the core and PANI as the surface layer. The test shows that the composite has good sensitivity to ammonia at room temperature. The influence of different preparation factors on the stability of PANI / PMMA emulsion and the gas sensing properties of PANI / PMMA emulsion was investigated by the control variable method. The range of dosage and experimental conditions of each reactant were determined: n (DBSA) / n ) = 1.5, n (APS) / n (AN) = 1.2, w (PMMA) / w (AN) = 4, and the polymerization time is 18 h.
