铜合金中锡的测定(含量1~10%),过去我厂采用碘化铵重量法和络合滴定法。重量法操作繁琐,时间长;络合滴定法需用有毒的氟化物。因此,我们采用了邻苯二酚紫——溴化十六烷基三甲胺测定铜合金中锡,并试验了某些常见的干扰元素;经与其它方法比较,此法快速、重现性好、准确度较高,操作无毒。实验部分一、主要试剂硝——盐混合酸:于500毫升水中,加硝酸(A.R.,比重1.42)320毫升,盐酸(A.R.,
Copper alloy tin determination (content of 1 to 10%), in the past I plant ammonium iodide gravimetric method and complexation titration. Gravimetric procedures cumbersome, long time; complexation titration required toxic fluoride. Therefore, we used catechol violet-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide to measure tin in copper alloys and tested some common disturbing elements. Compared with other methods, this method was rapid and reproducible , High accuracy, non-toxic operation.
