钛是最有使用前途的金属之一。钛铁矿是钛的主要来源。我矿矿床为花岗岩风化壳残坡积砂矿床。矿物性质复杂,钛铁矿属于难选矿物。1974年在上级党委的直接领导下,组成了三结合试验小组,在原有试验基础上重新开展了从精选尾矿堆中回收钛铁矿的试验工作。经过一年多的努力,采用电选、磁选和工业粗盐酸浸出的选冶工艺,使赋存于钛铁矿中的磷灰石分离出来,可使二氧化钛由37.94%提
