用微波消解法处理样品,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定酱油中的铅含量,采用在标准溶液中添加相同浓度的氯化钠来抵消氯化钠对测定的干扰,用硝酸钯溶液作为基体改进剂。
The sample was treated by microwave digestion, the content of lead in soy sauce was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The same concentration of sodium chloride was added to the standard solution to counteract the interference of sodium chloride in the determination. Palladium nitrate solution was used as matrix modifier .
