This paper briefly describes the earthquake damage of the Dashihe tailings dam and its adjacent villages during the Tangshan earthquake and provides a source for the comparative analysis and study. The records of strong earthquakes and aftershocks collected by the domestic seismic stations during the Tangshan earthquake are summarized and analyzed. Necessity of ground motion.
