本文主要是研究微带指数线阻抗变化规律,着重寻求在端接任意阻抗时,微带指数线输入阻抗表达式,并用计算机算出了微带指数线在各种频率,介电常数下作为阻抗变换器的数据表。借助于该数据表在2 GHz设计了两种不同功率容量的晶体管微带功率放大器和一个晶体管微带功率上变频器。试验证明,理论和实际有较好的一致性。
