简述了在壁面上结晶析出形成内部质量源的数理模型;在常物性条件下,考虑有内部质量源时,对水中的金属腐蚀物质在加热管道中的紊流对流传质进行了理论分析和数值计算.给出了当结晶析出发生在壁面上或在容积内时,壁面上总的质流密度以及由此而引起的壁面温升的估算方法和实例.发现:若要估算由积聚层引起的最大壁面温升值,应采用结晶析出只发生在壁面上的物理模型.
The mathematical model of internal mass source which is crystallized on the wall is briefly described.
