慢性肺部疾病是农村地区常见疾病,由此引起的气胸在院前颇为常见。现将我科实施院前急救的气胸67例报道如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料男59例,女8例。年龄45～75岁(平均61.2岁)。原发病为慢性支气管炎肺气肿43例,肺心病11例,肺结核 6例,支气管哮喘 7例。有明确诱发因素的 36例:其中感染、咳嗽32例,针刺喘息、定喘穴4例。无明确诱因者31例。症状:突发胸痛11例,胸闷、呼吸困难、发绀56 Chronic lung disease is a common disease in rural areas, resulting in pneumothorax is quite common in the hospital.
