利用翻转小鼠离体小肠囊的方法,观察甘草酸盐对糖-钠转运电位(简称PD)的影响,以了解甘草酸盐对与PD密切相关的Na~+·K~+-ATP酶的影响。结果甘草酸钾(2g/L)和甘草酸锌(0.9 mmol)均可显著抑制 PD(P<0.01)。推测甘草酸钾盐和锌盐均可对Na-K-ATP酶产生抑制作用。
The effect of glycyrrhizinate on the sugar-sodium transport potential (abbreviated as PD) was observed by turning over the isolated small intestine pouch of mice to understand the relationship between glycyrrhizate and Na~+.K~+-ATPase which is closely related to PD. influences. Results Both potassium glycyrrhizinate (2g/L) and zinc glycyrrhizinate (0.9 mmol) significantly inhibited PD (P<0.01). It is speculated that both potassium and zinc glycyrrhizinates can inhibit Na-K-ATPase activity.
