轴流转浆水轮机协联关系对机组安全、经济运行和过渡过程有重大影响。目前已有的机械型、模拟电气型协联控制器存在精度差,制造困难,调试困难,参数不稳定及协联关系不易随现场条件而修改等问题。本文介绍了采用微机实现协联的工作原理、模型、硬件、软件等。试验结果表明具有明显技术经济效益。
The synergetic relationship of axial turbomachinery turbine has great influence on unit safety, economic operation and transitional process. At present, the existing mechanical and analog electrical controllers have the problems of poor accuracy, manufacturing difficulties, debugging difficulties, unstable parameters and improper association with the field conditions. This article describes the working principle, model, hardware, software and so on. The test results show that there are obvious technical and economic benefits.
