一、激光切割的主要特点激光切削适用于所有金属和非金属材料,能切割特软、特硬和脆性材料。激光切割所需的辐射强度为10~6~10~7W/cm~2。按激光器运转方式,激光切割可分为脉冲激光切割和连续激光切割两大类。前者适用于金属材料,后者适用于非金属材料。为提高表面质量和生产效率,切割金属时应采用高频率、高功率脉冲激光。与其它方法相比,激光切割具有以下突出优点:1.切缝宽度很小,通常为0.1~0.3mm,所以材料利用率很高,并能精确切割形状复杂
