利用脱落酸(ABA)、马来酰肼(MH)和烯效唑等生长调节物质处理经过温光诱导当年抽薹的甜菜幼苗,筛选对当年抽薹逆转有效的生长物质种类和剂量。结果表明,ABA和MH能够有效逆转甜菜抽薹,与温光诱导抽薹的植株相比,显著提高了块根产量和产糖量,达到了抑制抽薹、且较小幅度地降低产量和保持品质的目的,ABA和MH处理的最佳浓度分别为20mg/L和350mg/L。
The bolls of sugarbeet seedlings, which had been bolted with temperature and light, were treated with growth regulators such as abscisic acid (ABA), maleic hydrazide (MH) and uniconazole to screen the kinds and dosages of growth substances that were effective for bolting the current year. The results showed that ABA and MH could effectively reverse the bolting of sugar beet. Compared with the plants induced by temperature and light, the ABA and MH significantly increased the root yield and sugar yield, and reached the goal of restraining bolting, decreasing the yield and maintaining the quality marginally, The optimal concentrations of ABA and MH were 20 mg / L and 350 mg / L, respectively.
