目的探讨夏膝颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压和左心室指数的影响及其意义。方法50只12周龄雄性SHR随机分为5组,SHR模型组、缬沙坦组、夏膝颗粒高、中、低剂量组各10只,分别予以缬沙坦和不同剂量的夏膝颗粒灌胃,同时选取8只同周龄的雄性Wistar-Kyoto大鼠(WKY)作为对照。结果缬沙坦和夏膝颗粒各组对血压及各组大鼠左心室指数的影响,治疗前各组与WKY组比较都有较明显差异(P<0.01),治疗8周后阳性药组和夏膝高剂量组与SHR模型组比较有明显差异(P<0.01),;夏膝高剂量组和缬沙坦组与模型组比较有较明显差异(P<0.01);夏膝高剂量组与缬沙坦组有相类似的延缓和逆转左心室肥厚的治疗作用。结论高剂量的夏膝颗粒在发挥降压作用的同时,可延缓SHR左室肥厚的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiashen Granule on blood pressure and left ventricular index of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and its significance. Methods A total of 50 male 12-week-old SHRs were randomly divided into 5 groups: SHR model group, Valsartan group, and 10 high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of Xiagen granules. Each group was given valsartan and different doses of Xiaqi Granules. At the same time, eight male Wistar-Kyoto rats (WKY) of the same age were selected as controls. RESULTS: The effects of valsartan and Xiagen granules on blood pressure and left ventricular index of rats in each group were significantly different from those in WKY group before treatment (P<0.01). After 8 weeks of treatment, positive drug groups and There was a significant difference between the high-dose Xiagen group and the SHR model group (P<0.01), and there was a significant difference between the Xiagen high-dose group and the valsartan group compared with the model group (P<0.01); The valsartan group had similar therapeutic effects of delaying and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy. Conclusion High-dose Xiagen granules can exert antihypertensive effect and delay the development of left ventricular hypertrophy in SHR.
