近二十年来铸钢有了较大的发展。美国和日本合金铸钢所占的比重逐年增大,目前日本合金钢已占全部铸钢的44%,我国目前合金铸钢的比重还很小。近年来我国发展了ZG-8,ZG-18,ZG-28三种铸钢综合性能良好,其中ZG-8是强度为120公斤/毫米~2的优质铸钢;ZG-18是结合国产资源、不含镍的高强度(150公斤/毫米~2)钨钢;ZG-28是国内强度最高(160公斤/毫米~2)的铸钢。用ZG-8精铸的飞机前起落架轮又、旋转臂和其他26种零件经十多年使用考验,性能稳定可靠,经济效益显著;用ZG-18精铸的襟翼滑轨和用ZG-28精铸的飞机主起落架半轮叉,均已通过静力试验并相应通过疲劳试验和落震试验,达到设计要求。长1.3米、重28公斤的大型精密铸件——襟翼滑轨——采用泡沫塑料代替蜡模精铸成功、质量良好。今后宜大力加强铸钢及精铸工艺的研究力量,总结十多年来毛坯精化的经验,为铸钢及大件精铸工艺的发展和广泛使用做出新的贡献。
