目的探讨急性颅脑外伤CT分型与临床(GCS)、预后(GOS)的相关性。方法对107例急性颅脑外伤的CT扫描结果进行分型,并将分型与临床、预后进行统计学相关分析。结果CT分型与临床(GCS)、预后(GOS)呈负相关。结论CT分型与临床、预后间有明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between CT classification and clinical (GCS) and prognosis (GOS) in acute craniocerebral trauma. Methods 107 cases of acute craniocerebral trauma CT scan type classification, and the classification and clinical and prognosis of the statistical correlation analysis. Results CT classification and clinical (GCS), prognosis (GOS) was negatively correlated. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between CT classification and clinical manifestations and prognosis.
