利用杀菌剂与洗涤剂混合液—步洗涤消毒列车餐具,是文化大革命中的一项技术革新。本文报道试用次氯酸钠和烷基磺酸钠(洗涤剂)混合液消毒洗涤列车餐具的实验及现场观察结果,认为杀菌效果可靠、使用方便、工序少、节约用水,与漂白粉比较更适用于列车特点。缺点是洗涤消毒过的餐具尚有一些残存氯味。
The use of disinfectant and detergent mixture - step washing disinfection train tableware, is a cultural revolution in a technological innovation. In this paper, the experimental and field observations of disinfecting and washing train utensils with a mixture of sodium hypochlorite and sodium alkylsulfonate (detergent) were reported. The results showed that the bactericidal effect was reliable, easy to use, less process and water saving. Compared with bleaching powder, it was more suitable for train characteristics. The disadvantage is that there are some residual chlorine disinfection tableware disinfection.
