本文分析了在工程量清单计价模式下招标工作存在的主要问题,提出招标人应从控制工程量清单编制质量、合理确定招标控制价、完善施工合同签订三个方面做好招标的组织工作。 This paper analyzes the main problems in the tendering work under the bill of quantities pricing mode, and proposes that the tenderee should do a good job in tendering by controlling the quality of the bill of quantities, reasonably determining the bidding price, and perfecting the signing of the construction contract.
