黑龙江省社会科学院于2005年11月11日召开了学习贯彻十六届五中全会精神座谈会。座谈会由院党委书记艾书琴主持,与会的11个研究所所长作了发言.现摘要刊登部分发言,以期推动学习贯彻党的十六届五中全会精神不断深入。
Heilongjiang Academy of Social Sciences held a symposium on studying and implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee on November 11, 2005. The forum was presided over by Yi Shuqin, secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy of Social Sciences, and made speeches at the 11 institutes present at the meeting. The summary is now published in a number of speeches aimed at further deepening the study and implementation of the party’s plenum at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
