广西部分县（市）试验应用水稻工厂化育秧技术系明，该项技术具有省种子、省水、省工、可增产等特点，是解决广西早稻播种育秧中春寒烂秧和晚稻受寒露风危害，抢上季节、提早成熟，实现早晚两稻均衡增产的有效措施。要促使这项技术在广西的推广应用有个适度的发展，需要解决好资金投入问题，探寻育秧工厂开展综合利用的可行路子，提高育秧工厂的经营效益，降低育秧成本。
