辐射事故调查对回顾剂量学的要求

In the International Atomic Energy Commission (IAEA) accident assessment, various techniques have been cited for a review of dosimetry assessments. Experience has shown that accurate dose estimates after an accident are difficult. The main contribution of the error is the uncertainty of the victim’s environment and location, especially in prolonged exposure; the nonuniformity of the radiation field in the actual exposure; and the uncertainty of the exact exposure time and exposure history. The results of different technologies may be a difference of 2 to 5 times. Some dose estimates are obtained using earlier proposed techniques or experiments that may not be perfect. From the experience of the IAEA, attention should be given to reviewing the establishment of dosimetry techniques, harmonized methods, and appropriate calibration information. A development and outreach guide is needed to remind national authorities to take prompt and effective action in order to ensure the best quality dose review possible.
