青藏高原东缘风毛菊属5种10个居群植物种子的萌发特性研究

首次对产于青藏高原东缘风毛菊属(Saussurea DC.)5种10个居群不同海拔的植物进行了种子萌发特性研究,分析了海拔与种子大小与萌发特性之间的关系.结果表明,低海拔的种子种子萌发率低,高海拔的种子种子萌发率高;高海拔植物种子的萌发时滞较低海拔植物种子萌发时滞短;百粒重与萌发指数成正比关系,即种子越大萌发速率越小;海拔与百粒重、萌发持续时间和萌发高峰期之间无明显规律.
