以职业为导向是我国高职英语教学的改革目标和时代要求。对我国南方5省10所高职院校师生进行的抽样问卷调查结果表明,目前高职以职业为导向的专业英语教学面临学生英语基础薄弱、师资力量不足、课程教材资料缺乏、教学效果不理想等问题。因此,高职英语教学应从课程设置、师资发展、教材开发、成绩考核和质量监管等方面进行改革。
Taking Career as Guidance is the Reform Goal and Times Requirement of Higher Vocational English Teaching in China. The questionnaire survey of teachers and students in 10 higher vocational colleges in 5 provinces of the south of our country shows that at present, vocational-oriented professional English teaching in vocational colleges is facing a weak foundation of English, lack of teachers’ ability, lack of teaching materials and teaching effects Ideal and other issues. Therefore, vocational English teaching should be from the curriculum, teacher development, textbook development, performance evaluation and quality supervision and other aspects of reform.
