我科自 1988～ 1999年行耻骨上前列腺摘除术 15 2例。自1990年以来 ,我们在传统的手术方法基础上随机对 92例手术进行了改进 ,取得了较满意的效果 ,现介绍如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组 15 2例 ,年龄 5 4～ 85岁 ,平均 6 7岁。随机分成两组 :传统组 6 0例 ,改进组 92例
