建立密集化烟叶烘烤过程动态建模是有效控制烤房内干湿球温度的关键技术之一,有利于提高烟叶烘烤质量。根据能量守恒定理和室内水汽平衡原理,建立烤房干湿球温度控制动态模型,得到被控制对象的传递函数。在Simulink环境下,建立基于模糊自适应算法的PID控制仿真模型并进行仿真。与常规PID控制器相比较,基于密集化烟叶烤房烘烤动态模型的模糊自适应PID控制算法具有较好的稳定性和动态特性,特别适合于惯性大,非线性,时滞大,时变性的烟叶烘烤烤房温度控制系统中应用。
Establishing the dynamic modeling of intensive tobacco leaf baking process is one of the key technologies to effectively control the temperature of wet and dry bulb in barn, which is beneficial to improve the quality of tobacco leaf baking. According to the energy conservation theorem and indoor water vapor balance principle, the dynamic model of temperature and humidity control of the wet and dry bulb in barn was established, and the transfer function of the controlled object was obtained. In the environment of Simulink, a PID control simulation model based on fuzzy adaptive algorithm is established and simulated. Compared with the conventional PID controller, fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm based on dynamic model of intensive tobacco barn baking has good stability and dynamic characteristics, especially suitable for large inertia, nonlinear, large time delay, time-varying Application of Tobacco Baking Barn Temperature Control System.
